Lamb of God Christmas (mtgf)
Communion Antiphon Behold the One (mtgf)

Final Forth in the peace of Christ

As previously we sang Songs of thankfulness to the tune of Hail Redeemer. The homilist concentrated on aspects of water as a symbol - so no mention of Christmas, or links with the Epiphany or forward to next week. I had also picked out 'Priest, Prophet and King which led to the final hymn. Aspects of water were reflected in the verses of There is one Lord. The manifest numbers of 'manifests' in the first hymn also reminded me of Chris Walker's Bread for the world — 'God in love made manifest'. In a deep recess of my brain I also remembered that there were specific Christmas verses which we did.

Epiphany of the Lord

A repeat of the Tombelle piece and a chance to review the text. Though I don't think we have done it before on the Epiphany I thought He became poor with verses from Philippians 2 worked well today.
